Terms of Agreement: Dealer Qualifications: In order to
be considered a Crossland Dealer one must have a store front with regular
business hours. The dealer must submit a copy of your sales tax ID#.
Placing Orders: Call toll free (877-253-7884)
Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Freight: All orders over $1250.00 will receive free
shipping. All other orders will be shipped F.O.B., Brookhaven, MS.
Damaged Freight: Open the package immediately and
check against packing list. Inspect the container and make notes of any damages.
File any claims promptly. Report any shortages to us within five
days of receipt.
Returns: Any products returned will be charged a
20% restocking fee (Excluding deer scents). No returns will be accepted
without prior authorization.
Warranty: Crossland warrants all of our products to be
free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase.
